These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, development services, and venture studio programs (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Definitions

• "Client" means any individual or entity that engages our development or venture studio services.

• "Services" includes software development, UI/UX design, automation solutions, venture building, and related consultancy.

For work products delivered under client engagements, ownership transfers only upon full payment and as specified in separate Master Service Agreements.

6. Services and Disclaimer

Our development and venture studio services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for excellence, we do not warrant that:

• The Services will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Results obtained from our Services will meet your specific requirements
• Any content or code is free from vulnerabilities or bugs

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, YPYM Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) during the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YPYM Company, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the Jakarta District Court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
