About This Role

We are not hiring a salesperson.

Salespeople sell. We don't sell - we reframe how businesses understand their own visibility problem. If you've spent three years closing deals by explaining features and quoting packages, this is not the role for you.

What YPYM Actually Is

YPYM (Your Page Your Money) is a structural SEO and digital strategy firm. We don't run campaigns. We architect search dominance across GEO, AEO, and multi-platform content ecosystems. Our clients don't come to us for traffic. They come because they finally realized traffic was never the problem.

The Role

You will act as the first intelligent filter between YPYM and the market.

That means: you qualify us as much as you qualify them. You don't chase volume. You identify organizations that are structurally misaligned with their search presence and you articulate that misalignment with enough precision that they feel it before they see the invoice.

You will work across Indonesian and regional markets. You will own the full cycle from first contact to signed engagement. You will report directly to the principal.

No SDR handing you warm leads. No script. No leaderboard on the wall.

What 3 Years Must Have Taught You

  • Not how to handle objections - how to prevent them by asking better questions.
  • Not how to pitch a deck - how to diagnose a business problem and translate it into a proposition that feels inevitable.
  • Not how to hit quota - how to decide which quota is even worth chasing.

If your three years were spent inside a system that rewarded volume over judgment, you'll need to unlearn most of it here.

  • You've walked away from a deal because the client wasn't ready and you were correct.
  • You read the brief before the meeting, not during it.
  • You find most sales training condescending.
  • You understand what "search intent" means without Googling it.
  • You get uncomfortable when a pipeline looks too full.

  • You need enthusiasm to stay motivated.
  • You believe relationships close deals.
  • Your proudest achievement is a number, not a decision.
  • You use the phrase "adding value" without irony.

What You Get
