For years, Mas Jimmy Man*****, a seasoned software developer at the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil), witnessed the same challenge: the persistent presence of brokers (calo) in public services.

It was a problem deeply rooted in the system. But as someone who has spent decades in technology, watching generations of information systems evolve, he knew something had to be done. Not by fighting people, but by redesigning the process.

The restlessness grew into curiosity. The curiosity turned into an idea.

What if every process required verification, but the verifier was randomly assigned by the system? So that no employee ever knew in advance whose approval they would need.

A simple logic. A powerful shift.

When the system was finally built and implemented internally at Disdukcapil Malang, the response was overwhelming. Not just from leadership, but from the civil servants themselves. Many welcomed it. They wanted to serve better. They just needed a system that made it possible.

The solution worked. Brokers were minimized. Transparency increased. Public trust grew.

Word spread. The system caught the attention of the high level position in the ministry, it received appreciation and a WBBM qualification, recognizing it as a platform capable of addressing corruption risks in public services.

Soon, five agencies across East Java adopted the system. Each with its own modules, but all powered by the same core logic: randomized verification, automated oversight, and integrity by design.

Now, with full support from YPYM, Mas Jimmy and a professional team of senior developers, product managers, and system analysts have rebuilt the application from the ground up. After nearly 100 days of development, JAGA INTEGRITAS Version 1.0 is here.

JAGA INTEGRITAS is an integrated public service application designed specifically to help Indonesian government institutions eliminate brokers (calo), minimize KKN, and comply with ZI-WBK/WBBM standards through randomized verification, AI fraud detection, and automated oversight.

It is built for Indonesian public service institutions, including:

03 Is JAGA INTEGRITAS only for Malang city?

No. While the original concept was developed and proven in Disdukcapil Malang City, the system is now available nationally for any Indonesian public service institution.

"Per user" refers to active internal users (employees/operators) who access the system. It does not include the general public who receive services.

During active subscription, you receive:

• Support hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (weekdays)
• Maximum 2 virtual meetings per week
• Maximum 2 offline meetings per month (travel & accommodation costs covered by client)

07 Do perpetual license holders get software updates?

No. Perpetual license holders receive the source code as-is at the time of purchase. We will inform you about new modules and updates via repository notifications, but adaptation and implementation are your responsibility. Ownership and future development are fully transferred to you.
