• Publishing defamatory or libelous content
• Distributing content that exploits minors
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or chain letters
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

D. Network Abuse

• Excessive use of bandwidth or system resources that degrades service for others
• Running open proxies or relays that could be used for abuse
• Automated scraping or data harvesting beyond permitted API usage
• Circumventing usage limits or quotas

3. Rate Limits & Fair Use

• API requests are subject to rate limits as documented in our API documentation
• Automated access must identify itself with a proper User-Agent string
• Bulk operations should be performed during off-peak hours when possible
• We reserve the right to throttle or block excessive usage patterns

4. Security Monitoring

We actively monitor our Services for violations of this AUP. Monitoring may include:
