Acceptable Use Policy

| Abusive Content | Distributing hate speech, harassment, or threats; publishing defamatory or libelous content; distributing content that exploits minors; spam and unsolicited bulk messaging; intellectual property infringement. |
| Network Abuse | Excessive bandwidth or system resource consumption that degrades service for others, operating open proxies or relays, automated scraping beyond permitted API quotas, and circumventing usage limits. |

3. Rate Limits & Fair Use
To ensure dependable quality of service for all users, we enforce fair usage guidelines:
- API requests are subject to rate limits as documented in our API documentation
- Automated access must identify itself with a valid and descriptive User-Agent string
- Bulk operations should be scheduled during off-peak hours whenever feasible
- We reserve the right to throttle or block abusive or abnormal usage patterns
4. Security Monitoring
We actively monitor our Services for violations of this AUP. Monitoring measures include:
- Automated traffic analysis and anomaly detection
- Log review and continuous security auditing

| Legal Action | Referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities and commencement of legal action to recover damages. |
