Senior Product Manager

YPYM Company · Jakarta, Indonesia · Full-time

Structural SEO MarTech AI-Integrated Architecture

About This Role

We are not hiring a backlog administrator.

Product managers usually manage tickets. We don't manage tickets. We architect structural solutions to complex market deficits. If you have spent your career acting as a glorified translator between stakeholders who don't know what they want and engineers who just want to code, this is not the role for you.

What YPYM Actually Is

YPYM (Your Page Your Money) is a structural SEO and digital strategy firm. We do not build digital commodities. We engineer search dominance and operational ecosystems for entities that hold the absolute ceiling of search volume. Our clients do not come to us for iterative updates; they come to us because they are bleeding capital due to structural inefficiencies, and they require an engine built to stop it.

You must understand the stakes before you apply. We are accustomed to managing deployments with monthly budgets in the billions. The pressure is absolute. The competition is predatory. You will not be overseeing a "nice-to-have" app; you will be directing infrastructure that must withstand the reality of a market that does not offer refunds for poor strategy.

The Role

You will act as the architectural bridge between our strategic imperatives and our high-fidelity development environment.

We do not necessarily need your five to ten years of traditional SEO experience. The old playbooks are already decaying. What we require is your cognitive capacity coupled with aggressive AI adoption. You must be able to deconstruct search mechanics, anticipate their next structural mutation, and help us engineer the future of organic marketing through rigorous marketing technology product development.

That means: you do not gather requirements; you define them based on strict logic and market reality. You say "no" more often than you say "yes." You will oversee the structural integrity of our internal ecosystems (like YPYM Web Sitemap) and our Venture Studio deployments. You will report directly to the principal.

No Agile coaches holding your hand. No democratic voting on roadmaps. No consensus-seeking. Just you, the market deficit, and the architecture required to solve it.

What Your Experience Must Have Taught You

The barrier to entry here is intentionally high. You must possess a degree from a top-tier institution, at least five years of professional rigor within major corporations, and a minimum of three years of entrepreneurial experience as a business owner. This is not negotiable.

Those years must have taught you:

  • Not how to run a sprint retrospective, but how to determine if the sprint is even solving the right structural problem.
  • Not how to appease a stakeholder, but how to dismantle a flawed assumption with undeniable logic before it becomes an expensive error.
  • Not how to ship fast, but how to ship correctly, because in our environment, a structural failure is fatal.

If your career was spent inside a system that rewarded feature volume over systemic stability, you will not survive here.

You Are Probably Right for This If

  • You have killed a feature midway through development because new data proved it was structurally unsound, and you did not apologize for it.
  • You view UI/UX as a consequence of good system architecture, not a replacement for it.
  • You find standard "Agile" frameworks overly bureaucratic, noisy, and intellectually lazy.
  • You understand the difference between a product that looks good and a product that scales ruthlessly.
  • You leverage AI not as a novelty, but as a mandatory utility to accelerate logic and structural execution.
  • You are comfortable in a room where failure is dissected logically, not emotionally.

You Are Definitely Wrong for This If

  • You need consensus to make a decision.
  • You believe the future of search looks exactly like its past.
  • You use the phrase "minimum viable product" as an excuse for poor engineering.
  • Your proudest achievement is hitting a launch date, rather than eliminating a fundamental user problem.
  • You are intimidated by developers who are smarter than you.
  • You rely on buzzwords to mask a lack of technical depth.

What You Get

Competitive base and performance structure calibrated for architects, not administrators. Direct access to the firm's principal and the core logic of the YPYM ecosystem. The absolute freedom to build without navigating three layers of middle management to get a decision made. You will be operating in a high-stakes environment where your decisions have immediate, massive consequences. We do not hire "Yes" men. We expect you to challenge our assumptions with better logic.

How to Apply

Send one document (to [email protected]).

Not your CV first. A short brief, maximum one page, deconstructing a well-known B2B SaaS or MarTech product. Identify a fundamental structural flaw in its architecture or market positioning. Explain why their current product team is blind to it, and detail the exact logic and AI-integrated workflow you would use to rebuild it.

If the brief demonstrates structural thinking and a refusal to accept decorative fluff, we will talk. If you send a CV without the brief, we will assume you lack the meticulousness required for this firm, which tells us everything we need to know.
